DMCA Notice

GoPinSave does not host media files: downloads come directly from the original CDN. If you believe a link on this site infringes your copyright, this page explains how to notify us.

Frequently asked questions

Does GoPinSave host the videos or images?

No. Downloads come directly from the original CDN; GoPinSave does not store your media.

Where do I send a DMCA notice?

To contact@gopinsave.com, with all the items listed on this page.

How to send a notice

Send a written notice to contact@gopinsave.com including: identification of the copyrighted work, the exact GoPinSave URL or pin link involved, your contact information, a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner. Sign the notice with your full name.

What happens next

Valid notices are reviewed by a human. Because GoPinSave does not host the underlying media, remedies may consist of blocking the specific link from being processed, rather than removing a file from our servers. Counter-notices follow the same channel and are reviewed the same way.

Abuse of this process

Knowingly false notices may carry legal consequences. Do not use this channel for general support questions — for those, use the contact page.

Non-Hosting Technical Architecture

Zero Permanent Media Storage on Our Servers

GoPinSave functions strictly as a real-time metadata parser for publicly accessible URLs. We do not store, cache, or redistribute video, image, or GIF files on our servers; all media files are served directly from Pinterest’s origin CDN (`pinimg.com`) as detailed in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Required Elements of a Formal DMCA Request

Please ensure your email to contact@gopinsave.com includes the exact pin URL, proof of copyright ownership, your physical/electronic signature, and a good-faith statement under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

Counter-Notification Procedure and Good Faith

How to Submit a Counter-Notice

If you believe a public pin URL was blocked in error or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification containing your contact details, identification of the blocked URL, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to publish the material.
